At the core of everything I do is my identity as a Beloved Daughter of the King — chosen, adored, lacking nothing, and continually transformed by Jesus, who has been my closest friend since childhood.
I've been delivered and healed from false identities rooted in anxiety, depression, control, and people-pleasing. I meet people with honesty, vulnerability, and compassion — and I deeply believe God does not desire for any of us to remain held back by trauma, grief, or wounds.
I'm a writer, speaker, teacher, Christian podcaster, wife, and homeschooling mama of two. I am passionate about helping others encounter the healing truth of God's Word and step into the active, life-giving relationship He invites us into.
